Thanks. Everything is working well. We did have a problem with the camera, but got a new one via RMA and that one is working much better. I'm planning to recommend your product every chance I get as I like it very much. There is one suggestion I have that I'll share with you.

“The main reason I settled on your page and spent time initially is that a lot of solutions right off the bat seemed to be upwards of $1500 for a similar setup. All in all, what brief time I spent looking, they all have really similar features and we don't have a sophisticated need, so for us it's largely the "bang for the buck" factor that is driving it and also I appreciate the personal time you were willing to spend to dog and pony the software. Not that I necessarily needed that demo to convince me, but what I tend to find is that companies that take time like that up front will typically take that time on the back end after the sale if you need help or support." |

"Many of the competitive products didn't seem to provide as many ports for additional monitors at this price range. I also think by and large the Senturion web interface provided more ability than the other units we were looking at. I did also like the fact that the temperature and humidity monitors were self-contained. The less things hanging off the unit the better and those are two sensible ones to integrate because they are most commonly needed." |
