30 Day Complete Customer Satisfaction Guarantee - At SENSATRONICS your complete satisfaction is very important to us; therefore, we provide you with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.  Within the first 30 days of your date of shipment, you can return the product for any reason for a full refund. Please contact our support team via phone or through our support form. We will refund your purchase price less any shipping and handling charges.

 

General Returns –Prior to returning a product to Sensatronics, please contact us to obtain an RMA number.

 

Warranty – Sensatronics warrants equipment of its own manufacturer to be defect free for a period of two years from date of receipt by the end user. Sensatronics will, during this warranty period, repair or replace, at its sole discretion, the non-conforming products. Non Sensatronics products (cameras, dialers etc) are warranted separately by their respective manufacturer and will be repaired, replaced with an identical item or replaced with an equivalent item at our sole option.

 

Technical Support – Sensatronics will, during the warranty period, provide no-charge technical support via email or telephone. Upon expiration of the warrant period, Sensatronics will continue to provide no cost technical support via email.

 

Upgrade Policy

  • For products that can accept downloaded upgrades (Senturion and Senturion Lite), upgrades will be provided free of charge during the warranty period.
  • For those products that cannot accept downloaded version upgrades (Models E4, E16, EM1, U4 and U16), you can return these units to Sensatronics (whether in or out of warranty) and for $75 fee plus shipping, you receive the unit back with the requested version upgrade. Alternately, you can purchase a new unit with a 30% discount and the return of the existing unit is not required.
  • Please note that Model E monitors with version levels at 3.0 or below are not upgradable and a new unit must be purchased.

 

Warranty Extension

 

Sensatronics offers warranty extension protection for all products offered. This optional Sensatronics extended warranty program provides additional warranty protection, technical support and version upgrades, if applicable, for your purchase after the original two year warranty expires.

 

This extended warranty program, purchased in one year extensions up to maximum of three (3) extension periods, provides warranty replacement, uninterrupted technical support and version upgrades, if applicable, during the life of the purchased extension.

 

The warranty extension is available for 15% of the list price of the item(s) per year of warranty extension beyond the 2 year factory warranty (or original equipment manufacturer’s warranty) and must be purchased at the time of the original order.

 

If you would like to extend the warranty but the extended warranty option was not purchased on the original purchase order, the same extension protection is available for 20% of the list price per year of extension and can be ordered at any time prior to your original warranty's expiration date.
